“Our 600 square foot 2003 addition was built by New Prairie Construction and its subcontractors. We replaced all the windows and siding, remodeled two of the bathrooms, and replaced most of the doors. The workers kept on the job until it was done, they kept the mess isolated from the rest of the house, and they paid attention to what they were doing.
They take responsibility for their work. For example, a new window was accidentally scratched shortly after installation. The damage was slight, so we might not have noticed it for months, but they promptly reported it and replaced it, at their expense. The end result is high-quality housing, and we intend to hire them for our future remodeling projects."
